Murphy's Law, Anyone??

Tonight was my first night with Baby To Bee. I logged on and tried to take the first call, but I was having a technical problem. I was instructed to uninstall a program and see if that would work. That didn't work :(

Then I was told to hard wire to the modem, which will probably work - but as I'm about to get my registration # from tech support, my ISP's server goes down.... I have VOIP, so that left me without a home phone OR internet service.

I am blogging here in my van in the parking lot of my library.... I have been rescheduled to start with Baby To Bee tomorrow. I HOPE and PRAY my ISP is up and running by then, and I get this software problem resolved.
