I just stumbled across Harry Joiner's blog. It's a great resource (and quite humorous).

Treadmill workstation (complete with laptop)

Having children definately takes it's toll on ones body - and add to it the lack of physical activity that comes from computer / desk related positions, and you've got a recipe for some serious weight gain.

In an effort to knock out two birds with one stone, I asked my husband to rig something up like the Treadmill Workstation that the Mayo Clinic came up with. He did a great job - and now I am blogging from my Treadmill. (Thanks honey).

I'm on target to lose the weight gained from lack of physical activity (and childbirth) this year - with my quote for this year being "Lose the weight in 08'). I'm doing it with Weight Watchers Flexpoints and good ole' fashioned exercise. During downtimes I can crank up the treadmill and work a little harder. Can't beat it - working out and making money at the same time.

I just noticed a very NICE feature - I can embed You Tube Videos right here into my blog. Now you can surf the top You Tube videos without leaving my blog ;-) All the more reason to stay right here (hehe).

Time for a face lift

I just updated the blog template - it needed it badly.

We have set our 08' Resolutions and are on track to really succeed this year. We are all very excited about our new plans, as I hope you all are as well.

I am thankful for all the things I learned along the way in 07', but I am glad to say goodbye to it - it was sort of a rough year for us.

The Meebo chat room is pretty cool - but as you can tell I am hardly ever logged in (as I forget to login a lot - sorry about that).

So here's to keeping up on my blog much more in 08' and to physical, mental, and spiritual peace / success !!
